以前我們總說著，
有一天要帶著小怪獸走進文博會，
終於在2026年夏天，從一片空地開始，
我們把 LOST and Føund 一點一點搭進文博會。

和 AD cafe AD Cafe｜咖啡知識☕️店家推薦📸 一起聯名，
把沒嘗試過的咖啡凍蛋塔與橙香提拉米蘇
也一並帶進來。

「你們是把整間店搬來了嗎？」

聽見這句話，才發現我們真的做到了。

謝謝每一位來到現場的老客人、新朋友，
也謝謝一路遇見一起交流的創作者夥伴，

謝謝文化部、台灣設計研究院，
讓我們與夥伴一起完成了一件很棒的事。

慢燉手撕豬三明治

在鐵板上煎至金黃酥脆的酸種麵包，
夾入抹上特製香料、低溫慢烤數小時的手撕梅花豬，

蜂蜜辣奶油炸雞義大利麵

每天早晨備製的橘醬緊緊裹著直麵，
搭配裹上蜂蜜辣奶油的炸雞，
加上現刨的帕達諾起司，
再依據你今天的心情，用幾滴清爽的檸檬汁收尾。

酸、甜、辣與濃郁番茄交織成剛剛好的平衡，

我們更多的靈感來自私人美術館，
陳列與選品帶著藝廊的風格；
並與知名花藝師李濟章合作，
在空間中展演藝術品—「滲透 Before Love Arrives」。

Our new space brings the Mid-Century Modern style we cherish—
a curated harmony of vintage wood, Nordic antiques, and indoor greenery.

Inspired by a private art gallery rather than just a cafe,
every corner showcases a quiet, aesthetic narrative,
featuring a floral installation ”Before Love Arrives“ by Lee Chi Chang.

As this exquisite aroma meets our freshly prepared dishes,
the space transforms into a true sensory feast of vision, taste, and aroma.

這次在內湖的藝廊空間裡，
我們攜手藝術家李濟章與世界烘豆冠軍賴昱權，
三方聯名催生了專屬精品配方豆──
「FOUND : Velvet Bloom ｜絲絨綻放配方」。

呼應空間的藝術主題
「滲透 Before Love Arrives」，
這款豆子以瓜地馬拉的奶油巧克力為骨架，
再注入衣索比亞耶加雪菲的微醺熟果酒香，
在舌尖化為莓果乾的細緻甜韻。

我們始終相信，氛圍再美，
最療癒人心的最終還是咖啡與料理的美味。

現場提供聯名豆 FOUND : Velvet Bloom
製成的Long Black 與經典拿鐵，
無論搭配哪一款餐點，
都是剛剛好的陪伴。
同時也供應半磅包裝的精品咖啡豆，
歡迎帶它回家，

In our Neihu gallery space,
we introduce ”FOUND : Velvet Bloom“—
a three-way collaboration blend co-crafted with Lee Chi Chang and Jacky Lai.
