我們將 Gia Hung 所創造的 Foufou Bunny 悄悄藏進空間裡——
也許調皮的藏在桌間縫隙，

A celebration of awakening, purity, and the raw beauty of ingredients.

從漫長的冬眠中甦醒，
我們在盤中復刻北歐森林的春日感官。

無花果與布拉塔起司在酸種麵包上溫柔交疊，

用最海派的豐富，
談一場最專情的戀愛。

集結了北歐餐桌最經典的鮮美 —
大蝦、燻鮭魚與鮭魚卵，
這盤「專情海王」看似博愛，
其實藏著我們對細節最偏執的溫柔。

為了這口肥美彈牙的鮮蝦，
我們在廚房一隻隻褪去蝦殼、細心挑除腸泥；
將每個晨間手打、絲滑濃郁的荷蘭醬，
溫柔的覆蓋在飽滿的水波蛋上；
切開半熟蛋的瞬間，讓濃郁蛋黃與酥脆的扁可頌完美合體，
這份層次分明的溫柔，就是最北歐的日常。

在 LOST and Found，
空間先是留白的。

吊燈描繪出輪廓，
軌道燈低調地引導視覺焦點，
壁燈為牆面暈染上一抹顏色，
桌邊那盞小小的光，
慢慢補齊最後的層次。

人坐下來之後，
畫才真正動了起來。

不同的燈，各自落在自己的位置，
加上人，空間剛剛好成為 LOST and Found。

At LOST and Found,
the space begins with a sense of emptiness.

Pendant lights sketch the outline,
track lights quietly guide the eye,
wall lights wash the walls with a gentle hue,
and the small glow beside each table
slowly completes the final layer.

Only when people sit down
does the scene begin to move.

Each light settles into its place,
and with people within it,
the space becomes LOST and Found.

不過除了紅狗汁、冰沙和珍珠等特調，
咖啡始終是我們的主軸。

2024，從一支我們都很喜歡的豆子開始；
2025，分成中淺焙、深淺焙，搭配那天的心情；
2026，我們將細節延伸到自家烘焙、手沖與冷萃。

這一次，
我們選了兩款很喜歡的精品豆，
自家烘焙成我們想要的風味 ——

在 LOST and Found，我們選的物件無需張揚
只需讓走入場域的你，當下就能覺得剛剛好

這次放進西門一樓主視覺的
是 1950 年代荷蘭的Galvanitas S16——
一張走過好幾個世代的經典椅子

重新被帶回現代後
依然保留當年的樣子與恰到好處的比例。

沒有誇張的線條
只有那個年代特有的結構與氣質，
坐下來就會懂的安穩感。

S16搭配咖啡吧上的深木紋牆面、La Marzocco咖啡機、昏黃的暖燈、一些點綴的花藝，瀰漫著 Lagom 的氛圍
---不多不少、剛剛好。

秉持著瑞典的Lagom精神，是我們的選品理由：

At LOST and Found,
our selections don’t seek attention—
they simply need to feel right the moment you walk in.

For our Ximen space, the main visual centers on the Galvanitas S16,
a 1950s Dutch classic that has lived through generations.
Even in its modern reissue, it preserves the same silhouette
and the same beautifully balanced proportions.

No exaggerated lines—
just the structure and quiet character of its era,
and a comfort you understand the moment you sit down.

Set against the dark wood-grain wall behind our coffee bar,
with the La Marzocco machine, warm light,
and a few understated floral touches,
the S16 naturally settles into a lagom mood—
nothing too much, nothing too little.

Guided by this Swedish sense of lagom,
we choose pieces that make the space feel complete and calm—
