In collaboration with Weightstone, we worked with Taiwanese-grown grapes
to compose a quiet dialogue of flavors.

Five varieties—
Golden Muscat, Musann Blanc, Black Queen, Mehone, and Kyoho— each preserved in character, carefully layered in the bottle.

This exclusive culinary event will bring together two chefs with a shared dedication to craftsmanship, creativity, and the pursuit of exceptional dining experiences.

Over the course of two evenings, guests will be treated to a thoughtfully curated menu that highlights the unique perspectives and techniques of both chefs.

This collaboration celebrates not only their individual culinary journeys, but also their commitment to pushing boundaries of contemporary New Zealand cuisine and creating memorable moments at the table.
