The one, the only, the New York Bing ☝️ Our clear top seller each and every month since we opened two years ago, it has the classic smoked salmon-cream cheese combo famous on New York bagels, accented with pickled onions and dill, all on top of a ✨crispy✨ Taiwanese scallion pancake. 我們賣最好的主菜概念很簡單:台灣牛肉麵口味🍜的義美牛肉麵🍝。我們把麵裹上濃鬱的紅燒牛肉醬,再撒上很多很多的帕瑪森和酸菜。吃完這個一定回不去普通的肉醬麵了🤌 媽媽咪呀!

Our best-selling main dish is a fairly simple concept: Italian American beef noodle 🍝 seasoned like Taiwanese beef noodle 🍜 We slather spaghetti in a rich, aromatic, red-braised beef ragù and make it rain with a generous amount of parmesan and pickled mustard greens. Try this and you'll find it difficult to go back to standard spaghetti bolognese 🤌 Mamma Mia!

哇,已經五月了嗎⁉️從本月開始,我們將在週日和週一營業!一個禮拜七天好累喔 🤯🫠 這兩天我們都從20:00到24:30營業!週日酒單正常,菜單有限。週一不供餐,我們好友Ash將獨自站在吧台!來跟他打招呼👋陪陪喝一杯吧🍻

Wow, is it already May⁉️Starting this month we'll be open Sundays AND Mondays! 7 days a week! Wow! 🤯  Both days from 8pm until 12:30 am, so come in and have a glass to end (or start) your week! Sundays will offer a smaller food menu of our bar bites. No food on Mondays. Instead, our good friend Ash will run the bar solo! Come say hi 👋 and keep him company 🍻

二月三月第三名:刮刮樂
很多人看到刮刮樂的材料有寫"醬油"會覺得奇怪,可是還是不得不點看看。結果:這杯變成我們第三名了,因為鹹甜的調酒好喝!靈感是南部吃的梅子番茄,可是材料是芭樂,薑,和醬油。意外的組合,比想像的好喝!

Feb-Mar 3rd Place: Guava Guapo
Many find it strange that the ingredients for the Guava Guapo include "soy sauce," but they still end up ordering it to see. Result: This drink is now our third best-selling cocktail because the sweet and salty flavor combo is delicious! The inspiration came from tomatoes with plum powder eaten in southern Taiwan, but the ingredients are guava, ginger, and soy sauce. An unexpected combination that beats expectations!

二月三月第四名:南投馬丁尼

我們調酒用的高山烏龍茶🗻🍃是直接從老闆阿公的南投農場到店裡餐桌的。茶葉採收完馬上開始發酵。這時候茶葉會發出很新鮮的青蘋果🍏的味道,所以我們「南投馬丁尼」🍸 使用了茶泡琴酒和青蘋果利口酒。這杯是我們酒單最新的一杯,可是很快就變了我們第四名。也合理吧!👌

Feb-Mar 4th Place: Nan-Tou Martini

The High-Mountain Oolong 🗻🍃 tea we use in our drinks comes straight from our boss's grandpa's farm in Nantou to our tables. After harvesting, the tea leaves immediately undergo fermentation, upon which they release an intense aroma of fresh green apples 🍏 which is why our Nan-Tou Martini 🍸 contains tea-infused gin and green apple liqueur. This is the newest cocktail on our menu but it's already climbed to fourth place, and we can see why!

我們「大稻呈」正如其名,靈感源自台北歷史悠久的大稻埕。我們用了好友家的文山包種茶🍃浸泡在琴酒中,再與清酒和Bénédictine DOM混合。第一次來台北的朋友一定要去大稻埕逛逛,那裡遍布著各式各樣的店鋪,處處都散發著台灣歷史的氣息。第一次來NI-SEI的朋友也可以試試看我們的大稻呈。不過要小心哦!這是我們最濃的一杯😉

Feb-Mar 5th Place: Dai-Toh-Tei
The Dai-Toh-Tei is, true to its name, inspired by the historic Dadaocheng district in Taipei, formerly known as Daitoutei during the Japanese era. We take Wen-Shan Pouchong tea 🍃 grown by our good friends, infuse it into gin, then blend it with sake and Bénédictine DOM. Anyone new to Taipei should definitely check out Daitoutei with its myriad stores and remnants of Taiwanese history. Anyone new to NI-SEI could also try our Dai-Toh-Tei. But careful! It's the strongest drink on our menu 😉

日本系列🇯🇵🍻的靈感是日本的居酒屋和咖啡廳。本系列中的每杯都有氣泡和茶🍵如果標明"NI-SEI 高山茶"那就是我們阿公在南投種的寶茶。從農場到我們家,再到你的餐桌。

Our signature cocktails are divided into 3 sections 3️⃣ Taiwan, Japan, and America. Each represents a different approach to flavors inspired by culture and history.

Our Japan cocktails 🇯🇵🍻 are inspired by Japanese izakayas and cafes. They're tall, bubbly, and easy-going, like a good date to accompany your meal 😉 Each drink in this section uses tea 🍵 and if it says NI-SEI high-mountain tea that's our family tea from Grandpa's farm in Nantou. Straight from the farm to our home to your table.
