１. 以紅蘿蔔、西洋芹、洋蔥熬煮高湯；不用雞粉
２. 使用的義大利米選用2015年被「米蘭世界博覽會」唯一代表的品牌，讓你吃到最道地的口感
３. 選用１００％杜蘭小麥擠壓成形麵條，有別於一般的麵條，咀嚼韌性高且含有淡淡的清香味
４. 飲料只加入少許的紅砂糖提味，不使用任何糖漿
５. 咖啡嚴選衣索比亞(西達摩)、巴西、瓜地馬拉、哥倫比亞調配而成的中烘培義式豆，有淡淡莓果、核果、巧克力
６. 所有含奶飲品皆使用光泉牛奶，不使用奶精
７. 選用特有產地的鈕扣巧克力，擁有特殊風味。以牛奶手工乳化，製成飲品；不使用含奶精巧克力粉，因此，香醇濃郁
