我們的使命是要透過美味健康的蔬食餐飲，推廣友善耕作、動物保護的理念，並成為實踐社會責任的永續企業。

─「綠一點」成立契機─

30歲的女生、10個月的輾轉漂流、30,000英哩的跋涉，這一場和自己對話的察覺歷程，種下了「綠一點」的發想。

在美洲的旅居探險只是認識動物權的開端，而這樣的關注究竟能具體做些什麼，仍像暮靄中的小舟搖擺隱晦。帶著這些模糊的意念，坐在映著日暮的恆河石階上，影像逐漸開闊清晰。

重回熟悉的副熱帶氣候，才發現在這塊美麗的土地上，存在許多友善環境耕作的小農們，用堅持和汗水細心澆灌每一株菜苗。因著這樣的鏈結，公平貿易不是遙遙的崇高理想，而是理所當然的生活態度;不只是物與價的公平合理，更是和自然生態的共存哲學。

現在，我們想透過「綠一點」和您分享這塊土地上的溫暖故事，用跳躍舌尖的美味和滿溢祝福的咖啡香，一同記錄專屬我們的共同篇章。
