比薩幫的兩位創辦人，Mads（挪威）與Ash（紐西蘭）對亞洲甚是喜歡，可是他們卻一直找不到「心儀的披薩」。
來自北歐與紐西蘭的兩位創辦人，習慣於家鄉環境充滿大自然和純淨高品質的食物哲學，對於台灣市面上的商業比薩感到灰心。
人說科技始終來自於人性；而創業，來自於看見希望。
Mads和Ash認為台北一樣可以吃得美味、又健康。不再只是次級油品、化學添加物、人工調味料、色素、或是為了壓低成本而採用的劣質麵粉、冷凍原料。
