越香蘭專門以『越式家鄉料理』為餐廳主題，承襲越南料理文化及精神
健康、自然、營養、美味，是對美食料理的基本訴求，
簡約大方的裝潢風格，搭配越南掛飾、特色燈籠營造出的氛圍，

傳統越南料理最常見的就是以大米和豬、牛、雞、蝦等肉類的組合，搭配魚露、醬油、香料與新鮮蔬菜，吃起來層次豐富又清爽，我們熟知的
