The Tailor's bakery (泰勒烘焙室)意思是指裁縫師的烘焙工作室，當然我並不是裁縫師，而是我的母親 工作室的起源來自我的母親，以前這是我母親的裁縫室，在母親離開後，我想以工作室的方式，讓這裡依舊人來人往，並以自己擅長的事情來維持人潮及分享。在這裡就像一個小小的舞台，融合餐飲烘焙飲調的小型互動式工作室。
