獨家首創的「烏龍茶味牛肉麵」更使中外媒體報導不斷，日本美食界以『驚愕』字眼大加讚嘆這味源自台灣的美食，一時之間傳為奇談。西元1996年在遠企購物中心力邀之下，進駐設立台灣第一家茶麵專櫃，博得饕客一致肯定。

Yo Cha Tea Room can be traced back as early as 1988. We procure our tea from a traditional tea shop, and then transform it into a combination of fragrant teas, tasty plums, and delicious dishes thus creating an elegant, eastern delight. By using professional roasting methods that have been handed down from generation to generation, the tea leaves are then dried to create a high quality tea. Moreover, by using our unique method, we’ve developed many types of tea-steeped cuisine, such as tea plums, tea jerky, tea melon seeds, tea sauté, tea sugar, etc…
We are also the first company to create the exclusive Oolong Beef Noodle Soup, which caused a stir in both the international media and in Japan’s culinary circles. It has been acclaimed in Japan as an astonishing, mouth-watering dish. In 1996, at the invitation of Taipei Metro The Mall, we established Taiwan’s finest tea noodle shop, which customers have confirmed many times over. Yo Cha Tea Room focuses on the harmony of our excellent teas and delicious foods, particularly the elegance, natural and health aspects. In order to put new energy into the traditional Taiwanese tea arts, and inspire the enjoyment of tea within the younger generation as well, thus bridging the gap between two generations of tea culture.
