我們除了星期一公休日以外，每天都從下午2點開始營業喔，
目前固定提供以咖啡、調酒、啤酒、烈酒為主！
自2024年5月中開始，
轉型為現場表演的Live House酒吧，
風格以爵士/藍調/經典歌曲曲風為主。

這是杯中故事第一個系列型影片，這集我們就來聊聊美國禁酒令的開始，
1920年的美國禁酒令對後世影響深遠，
那當初為什麼會有這個奇葩的法令呢?
禁酒的原因是什麼?
又是誰在推動的?
嚴格來說上一集算是禁酒令的前導影片，因為有許多名詞會用到，不過今天這集才算是正式的系列開始影片，希望大家會喜歡。

Glass 64 – 翻雲覆雨(小把戲) Hanky Panky｜經典調酒｜ASMR｜微醺視界
酒譜 Recipe：
琴酒（Gin）：60 ml
甜香艾酒（Sweet Vermouth）：15 ml
法勒布蘭卡（Fernet-Branca）：7.5 ml
安格斯苦精(Angostura Bitters )：1 Drop
這是一杯在台灣可能不是非常有名的經典調酒，非常好喝，尾韻悠長富有層次，可以喝到杜松子的香氣、甜苦艾酒的溫和藥草風味、Fernet-Branca與安格斯苦精讓整體層次更加複雜，店裡喜愛經典的老客人常點的調酒，這是傳奇女調酒師Ada Coleman於20世紀初創作的調酒，不過其實我也不知道這杯中文翻譯到底是什麼，所以只好查找網路上大家常用的名字，希望大家不要見怪。

This classic cocktail may not be very well known in Taiwan, but it’s delicious, with layers of flavor and a long, lingering finish. You get the aroma of juniper and the gentle herbal notes of sweet vermouth, while Fernet-Branca and Angostura bitters add even more complexity. It’s a favorite among the regulars at my bar who enjoy classic cocktails.
Created by the legendary bartender Ada Coleman in the early 1900s, this cocktail has one small mystery for me: I honestly don’t know what to call it in Chinese! So I went with a name commonly used online. Hope you’ll forgive me if it’s different from the one you know!

Glass 63 – 路易斯安那 De La Louisiane｜經典調酒｜ASMR｜微醺視界
酒譜 Recipe：
裸麥威士忌（Rye Whiskey）：60 ml
甜香艾灸（Sweet Vermouth）：15 ml
班尼迪克汀（D.O.M. Bénédictine）：15 ml
斐喬苦精(Peychaud’s Bitters )：2 Drop
艾碧斯(Absinth)：5-8ml
De La Louisiane 是一款經典的紐奧良雞尾酒，裸麥威士忌的辛辣、香甜苦艾酒、草本班奈狄克尼 (D.O.M. Bénédictine) 的香甜、苦精與艾畢斯酒的香氣全部融合在一起。
我有稍微調整過酒譜比例，整體裸麥威士忌的風味會稍微更強烈一點，不過我覺得風味也更加豐富，非常適合喜歡經典風格調酒的人。

De La Louisiane is a classic New Orleans cocktail that brings together the spice of rye wh***ey, sweet vermouth, the sweet herbal notes of D.O.M. Bénédictine, and the aromas of bitters and absinthe.
I’ve slightly adjusted the recipe so the rye wh***ey stands out a little more. I think this also gives it a richer flavor overall, making it a great choice for anyone who enjoys classic cocktails.
