As INTRO approaches its fourth anniversary, we’ve hosted events of all sizes. From proposal parties, weddings, and gender reveal celebrations to live podcasts, corporate gatherings and talks, alumni reunions, and brand activations. Through these experiences, our approach to event planning and guest experience has grown even more refined.

我們希望為有不同需求的朋友們，建立更多感受INTRO魅力的渠道。除了現正營運的日間早午餐時段，我們同時也開放日夜間時段包場。

We hope to create more opportunities for people with different needs to experience the unique charm of INTRO. In addition to our regular daytime brunch service, we are now opening our day and night time for private bookings.

📣 口感介於美式鬆餅、約克布丁跟泡芙之間，是INTRO從開幕就很受歡迎的甜點品項，溫溫熱熱的鬆餅淋上楓糖漿、撒上糖漬檸檬皮，建議搭配加購一勺冰淇淋，就是完美的早午餐結尾。
With a texture somewhere between an American pancake, a Yorkshire pudding, and a cream puff, this has been one of INTRO’s most popular desserts since day one. Served warm, the pancake is drizzled with maple syrup and finished with candied lemon zest. We highly recommend adding a scoop of ice cream for a perfect brunch finale.

📣 因應冬季推出的期間限定甜點，巴巴露亞的口感介於慕斯和布丁之間，搭配黑糖、威士忌蜂蜜、奶酥脆粒與新鮮草莓的清爽風味，最適合想來點甜又不想太負擔的午茶時刻。 
A winter-season limited dessert, this bavarois sits delicately between a mousse and a pudding in texture. Paired with brown sugar, whisky-infused honey, buttery crumble, and fresh strawberries, it’s the ideal choice for an afternoon treat when you’re craving something sweet without feeling too indulgent.
