On Sunday, June 22, from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Pasta & Co. turns into the ultimate summer night hangout for our Weekend Fried Chicken Soirée — an evening built on comfort, bold flavours, and good vibes. Think all-you-can-eat crispy fried chicken, a special one-night pasta collab, house-made nibbles, ice-cold beer, refreshing drinks, and tunes to keep the energy going all night long.

Chef Timothy Lu presents a very limited chef’s menu, available only a couple times a month. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted, highlighting seasonal ingredients and made-from-scratch pasta using premium Molino Casillo flour from Italy—renowned for its fine texture and rich, nutty aroma.

It’s an intimate, elevated experience that celebrates quality at every level—from the grains to the plate.

主廚Timothy Lu 呂學明 是 Pasta & Co. 的創辦人,是臺北首屈一指的現代義大利麵餐廳之一。他在一些世界上最負盛名的米其林星級廚房(包括紐約市的 Bouley 和 Masa)受訓,並在烹飪傳奇人物的指導下磨練了自己的手藝。

Chef Timothy is the culinary mastermind behind Pasta & Co, one of Taipei’s premier contemporary pasta restaurants. Chef Timothy’s honed his craft under the guidance of culinary legends, with his foundation built in some of the world’s most prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens, including Bouley and Masa in New York City.
