澳洲是個擁有很多不同種族卻依舊保有自己國家文化的一個國家,從他們飲 食文化就可以看出這一點, 曾旅澳多年任職餐飲業的老闆夢想將澳洲聞名於世的多元美食文化和崇尚自然的料理主義的技術結合台灣食材及口味, 為饕客們帶來充滿驚喜的味覺體驗,並且提供融和了多元化的烹飪技巧
我們賣的是在澳洲學習到的 對食材的尊重 保留食物的味道 和烹飪的技巧
