Dear friends – I will have the pleasure of attending the 2026 edition of BuMI Festival at (Penang, Malaysia), where I will conduct contemplative Taiwanese tea experiences (Lǎo Rén Chá 老人茶) over the course of two days (May 30 & 31). Offered on a donation basis, these sessions will be open to the public and will not require any pre-booking. Organic, artisan Taiwanese tea will be served.

A carefully crafted, safe, and tranquil space is awaiting you, attuned to the natural and soothing echoes of the gardens.

[Saturday, May 30]

[Sunday, May 31]
• 14:10 ~ 15:10 @ Wellness Grove

親愛的朋友們，

我將於六月在我們的空間 .selfintrospection（桃園大溪）恢復舉辦我的冥想茶體驗，以下為全新行程安排。部分體驗將結合其他整體療癒活動（如陰瑜伽課程），營造一個安全、寧靜且充滿關懷的空間，讓身心得以放鬆與修復。

另外，更多獨特的茶相關體驗與活動目前也正在籌備中，預計在今年夏季正式推出。

【週一 8、15、22日】
冥想茶體驗（老人茶）＋陰瑜伽課程
08:00～10:00 / 15:00～17:00

冥想茶體驗（老人茶）＋茶香爐儀式（Chakōro）
19:00～20:00

【週二 9、16日】
冥想茶體驗（老人茶）

[EN/JP] Dear friends / 友人の皆さまへ – I will soon make my way to Miyazaki Prefecture, where I will have the pleasure of co-creating and collaborating with through a series of holistic events and offerings taking place during the first three weeks of April.

まもなく宮崎県へ向かい、4月の最初の3週間にわたり、 とともに一連のホリスティックなイベントや提供を共創・協働できることを大変嬉しく思っています。

A variety of contemplative tea experiences will be held, gently nourishing and complementing the grounding yoga classes and sound healing sessions offered throughout this time.

この期間中には、瞑想的なお茶の体験をいくつか開催し、グラウンディングを深めるヨガクラスやサウンドヒーリングのセッションに、やさしく寄り添いながら彩りを添えていきます。

A detailed schedule will be shared in the coming days. If you are interested and would like to attend one of these events, please feel free to contact us directly.

[en/中文] Dear friends / 親愛的朋友們,

I will be in Japan for the next two months, returning to Taiwan in early June. I’m hoping to organize several tea and wellness events during my stay. While I’m away, some tea experiences and other complementary events will still take place at our space, .selfintrospection (located in Daxi, Taoyuan). Additionally, we are currently working on new, unique tea-related projects and explorations that we hope to reveal during the upcoming summer. Updates will be given in due time.

接下來兩個月我將在日本，並會於六月初返回台灣。在此期間，我希望能夠籌辦幾場與茶與身心健康相關的活動。在我外出期間，一些茶體驗以及其他相關活動仍然會在我們的空間 .selfintrospection（位於桃園大溪）持續進行。此外，我們目前也正在進行一些全新且獨特的茶相關計畫與探索，希望能在即將到來的夏季與大家分享。相關消息將會在適當的時候公布。
