以上方式，均須於確認用餐日後2天內完成預匯訂金（訂金：NT$2,000/人），我們確認收到訂金後，您預約的用餐日期才會被保留，如此才算訂位成功；若無收到訂金，Podium有自動取消您訂位日期的權益！
完成預約後，若臨時”取消”無法退費，若需要“改期”，會加收20%的更改費用。
1. 本餐廳收費方式提供“「現金」＆「刷卡」（若刷卡需向客人收取5%銀行手續費）
2. 本餐廳套餐價格不含茶資費用，因此會向客人酌收茶資NT$80/人。
3. 本餐廳主要接待成人與超過十二歲（含）以上之孩童為客群。十二歲（含）以上孩童視同成人，亦需計算在訂位人數之中，且須達基本消費。若有十二歲以下之孩童同行，餐費NT$980/人，恕本餐廳無提供適合的幼兒座椅。
4. 本餐廳不接受寵物入內。造成不便，請您見諒。
5. 本餐廳提倡環保意識並希望提供客人新鮮的餐點及美好的用餐體驗，不提供打包或外帶的服務。
6. 我們希望降低對周遭鄰里與環境的影響，不提倡製造多餘的垃圾，如您有於餐廳內做任何場地佈置，需要我們幫您後續處理，針對此項恕我們將額外酌收清潔費NT$ 500。
7. 菜單內容均視新鮮及季節性食材而定，恕無法提前提供詳細菜單內容。
8. 用餐3天前，請確認最後用餐人數，當天若臨時減少人數，還是會以訂位人數出餐（因為食材已備好），若臨時增加人數只提供主餐的部份。
9. 如當日訂位人數臨時減少，需額外單點酒水補足原先需達之總基本低消。
10. 訂位時，請與服務人員確認任何過敏或忌口的食材。
11. 本餐廳只提供「蛋奶素套餐」NT$2,580/人，不提供全素食套餐。
12. 本餐廳禁帶外食。
13.若需攜帶蛋糕至餐廳慶祝，需額外酌收清潔費NT$500。
14. 本餐廳提供酒單供客人消費，若自帶酒精類飲料，需酌收酒杯清潔費（NT$ 90 / 杯）

We provide wine and alcohol pairings, there are alfresco areas where smoking are allowed.

Your reservation would be held for 10 min, if you cannot arrive on time please call（+88622883-5720）to inform us. No show / uncontactable / arriving after last order，your booking would be cancelled

Above payment methods:
All need to confirm and pay deposit ( (NT$2,000/person) within 2 days after booking date !
Once we received and confirm deposit received, your booking will be preserved and confirm as success booking.
Without receiving deposit , we have right to cancel booking status.
Once complete booking, if require change date , 20% extra fees would add up.
Payment : cash / credit card ( 5% processing fee for credit card)
Set menus do not included water charges, there would be a water charge of NT$80/ person
Due to our restaurant policy, children above the age of 12 are counted as adults and have to order the minimum set menu. Children under 12 years old have a minimum charge of NT$1,280 per person, we do not provide baby chair and cutleries.
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
To ensure the quality of the food, we do not provide takeaways.
Podium ties to advocate friendly approach to the neighbourhood and environment. If you have brought in decorational items , please kindly bring them back with you or a cleaning fee of NT$ 500 would be charged.
Menu items change in seasons, we are unable to provide full details of menu in advance.
Please complete all the confirmations three days before the date that you’ve made a reservation. If the number of people decreases, the cost cannot be reduced (because the ingredients are already prepared). If the number of people increases, we are sorry that we can only provide the main dish temporarily.
Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies during booking.
We do not provide a full vegan menu. Lacto – ovo vegetarian menus are available.NT$2,580/person
Please no outside food or drink.
There would be a charge of NT$500 for bringing your own cake.
We have an array of wine and alcohol selections, wine glass cleaning fee applies if guests bring their own alcohol. （NT$ 90 / wine glass）
