2. In order to ensure the service quality of all guests, reservations cannot be transferred to another guest with the exception of prior notification via email. Each guest can have up to one booking at a time, multiple bookings will be automatically cancelled and released.
3. After booking is successful, a “Reservation Accepted” email and text message will be sent to you. Kindly pay the deposit of $2,500/person within 3 days of receiving the notification to complete your reservation. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being automatically cancelled and released.

It was a true pleasure to collaborate with The Glenlivet in crafting dishes designed to pair with their exquisite Single Batch whiskies, in celebration of The Glenlivet Eternal Collection, Second Edition 56 Year Old.

Through extensive testing, Chef Kunihiro Hagimoto composed intricate flavor pairings that beautifully complemented each expression in perfect harmony.
