大家午安～我是大老闆Peggy，7/10這一天是弄宅的生日，如今已經第六個年頭，這一年我們也平安渡過了！

謝謝這一路走來一直陪伴著我們的大家，謝謝沒有在鏡頭內的妳/你們，謝謝小幫手們，更謝謝小老闆熊貝，每一天都還是會有新的挑戰，甚至是焦慮，但每一次都能迎刃而解，一定是因為有你們的支持和幫助，我們內心總是充滿感恩。

未來會如何現在都說不準，只想好好把握每一次的相遇，謝謝你們溫暖著我們，也希望走進弄宅的你們都能感受到療癒。

I’m Peggy, the founder of Alleyhouse Coffee.

Today, July 10, marks Alleyhouse Coffee’s birthday. We’ve officially entered our sixth year, and we’re grateful to have made it here safely together.

Thank you to everyone who has been with us throughout this journey. Thank you to all of you—especially those who are behind the scenes and never appear in front of the camera. Every day brings new challenges, and sometimes even anxiety, but somehow we always find a way through. We truly believe it’s because of your support, encouragement, and kindness. Our hearts are always filled with gratitude.

No one knows exactly what the future holds, but we do know that we want to cherish every encounter and every moment we share with you.

Thank you for bringing warmth into our lives. We also hope that everyone who walks through the doors of Alleyhouse Coffee can feel a sense of comfort, peace, and healing.

4/25（六）、26（日）蹭蛋糕 .05 -最療癒的雞蛋糕客座活動預約報名可享優惠。

蹭蛋糕以「療癒日常」為核心，品牌靈感來自貓咪蹭腳時帶來的溫柔陪伴，並將這份感受轉化為一份簡單卻有溫度的甜點。

產品堅持使用純鮮奶、不加水之配方，並調整為減糖比例，使雞蛋糕保有自然蛋奶香氣與細緻口感，呈現清爽不膩的風味，希望能在日常之中，提供一份輕鬆、無負擔且具有療癒感的甜點體驗。

有別於一般傳統的雞蛋糕，每一顆都有著細緻口感與飽滿內餡，大小老闆想將這份療癒分享給大家，美麗的老闆Una會在店內現場烘烤，帶來的四種口味當中還會出現隱藏版驚喜，客座當日也有機會遇見店貓冬冬來一起客座喔！

4/18（六）、4/19（日）緣大福 四週年客座活動最後倒數，Ken在台北的最後一場客座，剩餘的場次座位都僅剩個位數，

這次，Ken為大家帶來八種口味的小大福，四年一刻，集結了所有的喜愛與溫暖。

除了先前公布的四種口味之外，Ken特別開放給在4/3前報名的朋友們，一起許願心中期待的風味，最終，我們收集到了超過六十種願望清單。這段時間，Ken幾乎馬不停蹄地反覆實驗與調整，只為找到最理想的味道，直到現在，這八種口味，終於正式定案。
