Nowruz（諾魯茲節） 是波斯新年，也是中亞、西亞及部分中東地區最重要的傳統節日之一！這一天象徵著 春天的開始，每年 3 月 20 日或 21 日 盛大慶祝，擁有超過 3000 年的歷史！🌿

Nowruz 家家戶戶會準備 「Haft-Seen（七樣 S 開頭的吉祥物品）」，象徵 健康、繁榮與幸福，其中包括：
🍏 蘋果（Sib） - 健康
🌱 發芽的小麥（Sabzeh） - 新的開始
🍯 醋（Serkeh） - 智慧與耐心

Nowruz, also known as the Persian New Year, is one of the most important traditional celebrations across Central Asia, West Asia, and parts of the Middle East! Marking the arrival of spring, it is celebrated every year on March 20th or 21stand has a rich history spanning over 3,000 years! 🌿

During Nowruz, families set up a special table with “Haft-Seen”—seven symbolic items that start with the letter S in Persian, representing health, prosperity, and happiness. Some of these include:
🍏 Sib (Apple) – Symbolizing health
🌱 Sabzeh (Sprouted wheat or lentils) – Representing new beginnings
🍯 Serkeh (Vinegar) – Signifying wisdom and patience
