鄭重道歉:
我們最錯的地方，
晚了回覆，是這件事件中，
我責無旁貸，影響了大眾對我們的印象，
也多謝留言中有些珍貴的意見，感謝大家
讓豪豪及豪豪粉絲觀感不好，
多謝豪豪參與這次活動，若過程中引致不快感受，也致歉。致一眾豪豪粉絲及本小店的支持者，令大家費神去留意這次事件，非常不好意思。
為此事件受影響到同事以及其家人，
作為老闆的我，不應該讓同事們受到種種影響，這本就是我個人需要承擔的責任。
以下會是我就這次事件，
大眾最關心的幾個重點問題，
我一一為大家解答:
1.為什麼一直未回覆大眾？
原諒我們小店未曾受到如此關注，
於短時間內閲讀海量留言，
確實需要時間整理，
至於在受爭議影片上架後，
隔天發佈的聲明稿未能清楚交代事件，
真的非常抱歉，對不起大家。
2.遊戲規則如下︰
所有參賽者，
無論以文字訊息book位﹐或是致電查詢，
本店都會告知遊戲規則，收費及低消部分，
待對方回覆並確認遊戲規則跟低消沒問題，
我們才作登記動作
*以上若以文字訊息查詢或報名參加遊戲的，
本店也有記錄
*客人到店時，
我們也會再次告知遊戲規則跟低消部分
以下為遊戲規則及低消內容:
單人挑戰 $1288
30隻雞翼+Asahi 1杯1L
團體挑戰$2688
101隻雞翼+每人1杯Asahi(330ml)
最多為4人挑戰
低消的部分，每人500元低消，
挑戰成功的話，雞翼挑戰金額全額免單，
即每人點500元，滿足低消即可，
挑戰失敗的話，挑戰的費用就能抵低消，
所以挑戰失敗，活動挑戰費用是可以折抵低消的。
免單部分只涵蓋雞翅的部分

3.雞翅乾淨的定義

4.啤酒補到水平面
我們整個挑戰運作流程是:
雞翅、啤酒上桌，
上桌後大家可以拍照，錄影等，
消氣部分，我們提前告訴參賽者，會在比賽計時前補上泡沫，
我們沒考慮到拍攝時間的因素，讓我們本來準備補泡沫的啤酒，
泡沫也消了，全杯變成啤酒，

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize.
Our biggest mistake was not responding sooner.
As one the owners of the restaurant, I take full responsibility for the negative impression and concerns caused by this incident.
We are also grateful for the valuable comments and suggestions shared by everyone.
To Hao Hao and his supporters,
we are truly sorry if this experience created any discomfort or negative feelings.
We appreciate Hao Hao for participating in our challenge, and we sincerely thank everyone who took the time to pay attention to this matter.
We also like to apologize to our staff members and their families who were affected by this situation.
As the owner, I should have protected my team better. This responsibility should have been mine alone to bear.
Below, we would like to respond several questions and concerns raised by the public regarding this incident.
1. Why did we not respond earlier?
Please forgive us. As a small business, we have never experienced this level of public attention before.
It took us time to carefully read through the overwhelming number of comments and organize our thoughts.
We also sincerely apologize that our first statement, posted the day after the controversial video was released, did not clearly explain the full situation.
We are truly sorry.
2. Challenge Rules & Minimum Spending Policy
For all participants, whether if reservations were made through text messages nor phone calls, our staff would explain the challenge rules, fees, and minimum spending requirements beforehand.
We would only confirm the booking after participants acknowledged and agreed to the rules and minimum spending policy.
(For participants who contacted us through messages, records of these conversations are retained.)
When customers arrived at the restaurant, the rules and minimum spending requirements were also explained again before the challenge began.
Challenge Details:
Solo Challenge — NT$1288
• 30 chicken wings + 1L Asahi beer
Group Challenge — NT$2688
• 101 chicken wings + 330ml Asahi beer per participant
• Maximum 4 participants
Minimum spending requirement:
NT$500 per person
If the challenge was completed successfully, the challenge fee would be fully waived.
Participants would only need to meet the minimum spending requirement.
If the challenge was unsuccessful, the challenge fee could be counted toward the minimum spending requirement.
The waiver only applied to the challenge portion itself.
(The NT$500 minimum spending policy still applied.)
3. Definition of “Cleanly Finished” Chicken Wings
This was our mistake, and we sincerely apologize to not rephrase it again before the challenge started.
We understand now that using chicken wings as a challenge item created ambiguity regarding what qualifies as “finished cleanly.”
We truly did not intend to create confusion or unfairness, and we ask for your understanding.
Below is the explanation we provide to customers:
“Our chicken wings are split wings.
For the wing tip section, the skin should be eaten.
For the middle wing section, both the meat and skin should be finished cleanly in order to complete the challenge.”
(Records of these explanations are also retained for participants who contacted us through messages.)
4. Beer Foam Refill Issue
The standard process of our challenge is:
The chicken wings and beer are served first, allowing participants time to take photos or videos before the challenge begins.
Before timing officially starts, we would refill the beer foam to restore the original serving level.
However, during this incident, we failed to consider the effect of extended filming time.
As a result, the foam naturally dissolved, leaving the beer level appearing fuller than intended.
For this oversight, we sincerely apologize and are taking this matter very seriously as we review and improve our challenge procedures.
Again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience, misunderstanding, and negative feelings caused by this incident.
