Hala Chicken 自2016年起，在台北延吉街提供高品質＆道地的紐約雞上飯料理。在4年的努力與堅持下，受到許多熱愛生活與美食的顧客親睞，甚至達到 Uber Eats 銷售排行的前5名。

創辦人 Alan 是在紐約長大的台灣人，熱愛台灣的他將經典的紐約街頭雞上飯 “Chicken Over Rice” 帶回台灣，期望透過「堅持、分享、回饋」三大理念，將紐約的好味道分享給台灣的朋友，並啟發顧客對於生活熱忱的分享，以及對於社會公益的回饋。
