把對咖啡的疑問，設計實驗的參數，透過同時對比品飲，進而更理解變因對咖啡的影響。
花了許多時間，盡量嚴謹，盡量一致。
希望可以陸續記錄下來，用感官的方式，去拆解香氣、酸甜、口感的變化。
