不少客人都以為咖啡只有 Arabica 跟 Robusta 的對立 ☕️

但其實，Robusta 並不是一個物種(species)。更準確地說，它是 Coffea canephora 下的一個 major genetic group。

而 Arabica 本身，其實也帶有 Canephora 血統（= Eugenioides x Canephora)

Arabica 帶來細緻風味，
Canephora 則擁有更強的抗病性與環境適應力。

許多如Marsellesa 這樣的現代品種，正是結合兩者優點的代表。

也許未來的精品咖啡
不再是 Arabica vs Robusta
而是兩者如何一起進化🌱

趁著國外工作正逢耶誕假期
來了一場說走就走的登山團
運氣「很好」（？）
剛好遇上冷氣團＋水氣加倍套餐🌬️
走進白牆，踩滿泥濘，偶爾撥雲見天，
那一秒的光，是僅有的藍天影像。

這趟不僅是踩點、百岳＋2，
也是靜靜地，一步步的獨自梳理思緒。
沿路還和麗娟大姐延續我們上次的對話♡ （好想妳啊～大姐）

謝謝山，也謝謝宇宙，
有時候你什麼都看不見，
但你知道你一直在前進，
也嘉獎從不輕易放棄的自己！

Had the amazing opportunity to be part of the SCA Experience Bar as a staff member, and to lead the Q Instructor onboarding session as an instructor — double the roles, double the fun (and caffeine)! ☕️✨
