in's cafe 成立於2017年
名稱的由來，是Charlie 及 Lisa在旅行紐西蘭時，
有間群山環繞的飯店，
其名稱就叫作隱士飯店(取諧音)；
然而我們認為，
咖啡館就像是一群同好，
聚集在一起的一個地方，
因此咖啡館在室內(inside)；
加上一群人所以是複數(+'s)
再加上店的附近也是群山環繞，
in’s 及 隱士其音也就不謀而合
因此in's cafe的名稱由來也就誕生了；
此外都是小寫的音文單字，
是因為小寫較不會像大寫一樣讓人有嚴肅的感覺，
in's cafe希望能帶給客人像是來到歐洲法國的那種悠逸感，
不僅僅是環境，在心靈上亦然，
來這邊喝一杯咖啡配上一份甜點，
放鬆、放空、讓繁雜的思緒稍微休息一下，
然後再繼續前行。

Charlie & Lisa 兩位咖啡師
皆有考取數張由歐洲咖啡精品協會所頒發的咖啡師證照，
希望藉由對咖啡的熱愛以及產品的堅持，
帶給客人高品質的精品咖啡。

in’s café的點心也都是由我們手工製作，
其中材料部分，
包含阿拉伯糖、有雞蛋、昭和低筋麵粉、法國麵粉、藍絲可鮮奶油及發酵無鹽奶油，
希望藉由這些安心食材，
讓客人享有健康及更安全的品質保證。
