CJSJ CJSJ法式甜點概念店，是來自法國米其林甜點廚師Mr. Soriano Joaquin 及 料理廚師Ms.

Chuang Ju 共同創立 。
Mr.SJ擁有多年在米其林工作經驗 曾任職於巴黎 Le Meurice Alléno Yannick&Alain Ducasse ,坎城Grand Hôtel - Park 45,和Relais Dessert pastry shop以及多次受邀Le journal du patisserie 法國知名甜點雜誌刊訪 ,2012贏得Championnat de France du dessert 馬卡龍冠軍。
Ms.CJ 曾任職於巴黎Le Meurice 以及安堤貝Hôtel Belles-Rives Restaurant La Passagère。
