中秋節吃什麼？
蛋黃酥應該是所有台灣人都一致同意的答案吧。香氣四溢的層層油酥，柔滑順口的紅豆餡，包裹在其中的是鹹香美味的蛋黃。

今年，Pluto Espressoria 想帶來一點不一樣的。
我們招牌的肉桂捲麵糰，不似以往用的肉桂糖，而是包裹入香甜緻密的紅豆餡，烘烤後跟麵包體層層疊疊，每一口都能品嚐到兩種食材的美味。點睛的鹹蛋黃則是打碎後與奶油糖霜混合，淋在捲上。絕對是能讓你一口接一口的上癮存在。

中秋節將至，無論是大啖月餅，還是揪團烤肉，當然不要忘了來Pluto品嚐我們中秋限定的鹹蛋黃紅豆捲。但肚肚空間有限，請謹慎規劃，不要像小兔一樣撐破衣服囉！🤣🤣🤣

盛夏已經過了一半，鬱積的暑熱要怎麼排解呢？
Pluto Espressoria用一杯青梅氣泡美式給你答案。

在海拔200至1200公尺高的台灣山坡地，是青梅青睞的棲息地。每年的清明時節，是南投與高雄梅園的收成季。收成的青梅含有豐富的有機酸，酸度明亮銳利外，帶有些許的澀感，並且有著豐富的草本風味。這個時期採收的青梅糖漬之後，糖份不僅能平衡青梅的酸質，產生酸甜相生的味覺反應，還能激發出青梅本身的苯甲醛，帶出杏仁與肉桂的特殊風味。

這樣的豐富味譜基底上，我們加入了Pluto house blend冥王星經典綜合濃縮咖啡，加強了杏仁等堅果風味，另外帶出巧克力及微微煙燻的質感。氣泡水則扮演著，橋接這些多重複雜的風味到你的味蕾上的使者角色。
