穎食麵食坊已經開業滿7年囉，今年因為國際情勢變動，再加上氣候的不穩定，很多物料在一年內不斷上漲，就像稻米已經在近幾個月內調漲5次了，還有肉品和用品也不斷在漲價，我還是希望能繼續撐下去凍漲，不過最最最最重要的還是秉持開店初心，沒有華麗的添加物，只有不變的堅持，大家才能安心吃外食。
當日自製米苔目 不加防腐劑
