帕達諾義廚的名字來由就是義大利十分有名的起司 Grana Padano ，也是義大利菜上面最常被使用的起司之一。
我們使用Galbani 現磨的起司 ，義大利De Cecco的義大利麵 ，
西班牙Grup Pons初榨橄欖油 ，義大利IL Conte酒醋...等 ，結合台灣在地豐富的農漁牧食材 ，和我們自行有機栽培的各種香草來創作出一道道經典料理挑動您的味蕾，讓顧客們不僅能在品嘗”食”的美味，也能顧及”食”的健康。
店內也有販售我們使用的 義大利麵 橄欖油 酒醋 等等產品 ，在這裡我們不只是一間餐廳而已 ，更希望顧客們在用餐之餘多了解義大利菜的精神 ，和食的文化。
