在國外，人們習慣統稱捲餅為wrap,不論是墨西哥式或是歐式。因此，顧名思義Wrapper's 字面上就是”捲餅者”。而且老闆本身很喜歡黑人音樂Wrapper's的英文發音與饒舌歌手的Rapper's相同，這對於聽饒舌長大的老闆充滿了無比的吸引力。Wrapper's kebab的店名也因此決定。

Wrapper's的老闆及老闆娘曾經在澳州住過兩年，因緣際會下在一個希臘老闆底下工作過，而做kebab的功夫，就是跟他學得的，也因為他，才對kebab有更多的認識，並且才知道原來有這麼樣一種食物，在全歐洲風行，在全世界也都看的到它的蹤跡，它的普遍程度，大概就像漢堡一樣
