入口是加州李明亮的酸香，中段轉為濃郁溫潤的蜂蜜香甜，尾韻則散發出香草交織著清雅花香的細緻氣息。整體層次豐富、甜感飽滿圓潤。

金塔馬尼 印尼 峇里島 水洗處理
入口是柑橘鮮明的明亮果香，緩緩轉化為蘋果細緻優雅的酸甜交織，再以溫潤的決明子香氣輕柔收尾。整體層次鮮明、甜感顯著酸質柔和。

Our Shinra blend has a delicate, plum-like aroma.

So when creating this seasonal drink, it felt natural to pair it with preserved plums.

We tried several varieties, including tea-cured plums and shiso plums, before settling on crisp pickled plums for their cleaner, more straightforward flavor.

Their bright sweetness and gentle acidity complement the coffee, allowing the blend’s subtle plum notes to shine through.

We hope you’ll enjoy this new pairing for the season.
