2015年 有個伊朗籍朋友問我，珍珠奶茶是台灣茶做的嗎？我回答不是！心中開始有個聲音《台灣人喝不到台灣茶，很奇怪》
2016年 我回鄉，我決定做一杯正港台灣茶留給我可愛的鄉民，因此南門田壹茶誕生了！
