由曾任職於多間國際五星級酒店的資深義籍餐飲總監Giorgio Pappalardo推出的 ”a Mano” 義舍廚房，為您提供全台北最正統的義式美味！ “a Mano” 是義大利文的「手作」之意，主打原汁原味的手工披薩、手工義大利麵以及坊間少見的南義料理

。位於民生社區巷弄，不但擁有簡約舒適且溫馨的用餐空間，來到a Mano的另一個驚喜，是餐廳斥資引進台北少見、獲得「拿坡里正統披薩協會」(Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, AVPN)認證的石砌窯爐，能夠以高達攝氏400度的高溫烤出正宗的拿坡里式美味。除了披薩之外，a Mano 也提供各式手工義大利麵以及許多別處沒有、由Giorgio 獨家自創的家庭式特色料理，多種選擇適合全家人或三五好友一同分享品嚐。

a Mano 團隊另一要角是台灣主廚Luca。雖然是土生土長的台灣人，但是跟隨Giorgio學習多年，從廚房基本功開始，經過台北高端義式餐廳以及國際級五星酒店的紮實洗禮，Luca繼承了Giorgio對於義式美食的細緻要求，精準的執行力更贏得Giorgio的讚賞，因而再次延攬，加入a Mano的團隊。熟稔義式經典菜色與料理手法的Luca，絕對值得您期待。

Italian Kitchen “a Mano”, Brings Authentic Neapolitan Pizza to Taipei

Authentic pizza from Napoli is coming to Taipei’s Minsheng Community this summer! Chef Giorgio Pappalardo, a familiar face to many five-star hotels and premium restaurants across Asia, is now launching his latest culinary venture “a Mano,” delivering traditional Italian flavors in Taipei!

“a Mano” translates into “handmade,” which is precisely the essence of the restaurant: handmade pizza and fresh pasta. Aiming to serve the best Neapolitan pizza in Taipei, the restaurant has installed a wood-fired oven imported straight from Napoli, becoming one of the very few Italian restaurants in Taipei with an oven certified by the AVPN (the ‘Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana’ or ‘True Neapolitan Pizza Association’). “a Mano” also serves appetizers unique to Southern Italy; the lighter, more colorful approach to cooking transcends the culinary heritage tracing back to the Campania region. With Chef Giorgio and Luca's joint effort and direction, the kitchen team will bring their ingenuity and flair to the menu at “a Mano”. The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming setting, off a quiet street in the heart of Taipei’s Minsheng Community. As Giorgio puts it: “I’m always excited and proud to bring authentic yet affordable Italian dishes to food lovers in Taipei.
