10月1日・永恆的敬畏
夜幕降臨，沙漠開始映照星空。在埃及，星星從不是裝飾，而是時間與靈魂的座標。白日的燥熱退去，沙面浮現溫柔奶黃，像星光被磨成了霧，靜靜停留在夜色中。
走進沒有屋頂的石造神殿，頭頂是排列有序的星圖，沉默的牆面正與夜空彼此呼應。這份光澤源於古文明與星辰共處的日常，長久的凝視下，空間變得遼闊而安靜。香氣緩慢流動，時間不再前行，而是靜靜懸停；那一刻，我正與宇宙對視。
這杯酒將埃及夜晚的記憶化作感官的延伸。
楊桃的清冽勾勒出沙漠在夜裡那抹溫暖的金黃；想起當地飲食中常見水果與乳製品的交織，這杯酒帶著如優酪乳般的熟悉感，口感更顯圓潤厚實。身為香料大國，我特別綴以肉桂增添溫度，讓香氣在喉間優雅地停留，清爽而不單薄。
溫柔裡藏著力量，很像夜晚的沙漠，看起來安靜，其實很深。啜飲一口，將星空收入杯中。

As night falls, the desert begins to mirror the starry sky. In Egypt, stars are never mere decorations; they are the coordinates of time and the soul. As the day’s heat recedes, a gentle creamy yellow emerges upon the sands, like starlight ground into a mist, lingering quietly in the dark.
「Desert Starlight」 is an extension of my senses, a memory of Egyptian nights transformed. The crispness of starfruit outlines that warm golden hue of the desert at night. Recalling the interplay of fruit and dairy common in local cuisine, this cocktail carries a familiar, yogurt-like comfort, with a mouthfeel that is remarkably rounded and rich. As Egypt is a land of spices, I’ve added a touch of cinnamon to lend warmth, allowing the aroma to linger elegantly on the palate—refreshing, yet never thin.
