我們想和大家分享一個好消息：Pergram Coffee 在 2026 Global Coffee Awards Asia，獲得了國際評審的肯定。
Pergram Coffee 從苗栗出發，一直相信：每一克咖啡，都值得被認真對待。這份堅持不只是烘焙技術，更是對產地的尊重、對風味的理解以及願意持續學習、長期穩定做好每一杯咖啡的態度。
今年，我們共有四款作品在這場國際賽事中獲得肯定：
🥉 Bronze｜Filter - Washed
🥉 Bronze｜Filter - Co-fermented
🏅 Honorable Mention｜Espresso - Single Origin
⭐ Finalist｜Flat White Dairy Milk - Blend（Black Forest）
這四款作品中，兩支獲得銅牌（Bronze），一支獲得評審榮譽獎（Honorable Mention），一支入圍（Finalist）。這些成績來自無數次的烘焙、杯測、調整與學習，也屬於每一位用心耕耘的咖啡農、生產者，以及一路陪著我們成長的每一位客人。
從苗栗一間小小的烘豆店，到能獲得 Global Coffee Awards Asia 的國際肯定，我們很清楚，真正值得珍惜的從來不只是獎項本身，而是這一路累積下來的信任還有那顆持續學習的初心。
未來，我們仍會用同樣的熱情與敬意，繼續探索風味、尊重每一個產地，認真對待每一克咖啡。

We’re excited to share some good news: Pergram Coffee has been recognized at the 2026 Global Coffee Awards Asia.
Pergram Coffee started in Miaoli with one belief: every gram of coffee deserves to be treated with care. That belief goes beyond roasting technique — it‘s about respecting where the beans come from, understanding flavor, and staying committed to learning and consistently crafting every cup well, day after day.
This year, four of our coffees were recognized at this international competition:

These results come from countless rounds of roasting, cupping, adjusting, and learning. They belong just as much to every dedicated coffee farmer and producer, and to every customer who has grown with us along the way.
From a small roastery in Miaoli to standing on the international stage of the Global Coffee Awards Asia — we know that what truly matters isn’t the award itself, but the trust we‘ve built along the way, and the beginner’s heart that keeps us learning.
Going forward, we‘ll keep bringing that same passion and respect to everything we do — exploring flavor, honoring every origin, and treating every gram of coffee with care.
