這道蜜糖吐司，從2015年開幕就在了。
十年了，還是每天烤。
做法沒變：四面微火慢烤，讓糖霜結成薄薄一層，像琉璃一樣脆。外面敲起來有聲音，裡面還是暖的、軟的，那種吐司心的感覺。
旁邊那杯是自製的莓果鮮奶酪，酸甜的，沾著吃剛好把甜度壓下來，不會膩。
窗邊坐著，不趕時間，這樣吃才對。

This honey toast has been on our menu since we opened in 2015.
Ten years, and we still make it the same way every day.
Slowly toasted on all four sides over low heat until the sugar crust turns thin and glassy, almost like a sheet of caramel glass. Tap it and you hear a crisp crack. Bite in and the inside is still warm and soft.
The homemade berry panna cotta on the side is lightly tart and sweet, just enough to balance each bite so it never feels heavy.
Best enjoyed by the window, with nowhere to be.
If you're visiting Penghu, save an afternoon for this.

四面を弱火でじっくり焼いて、砂糖の表面を薄いガラスのようにパリッと仕上げます。外はカリッと音がして、中はまだ温かくてふわふわ。
横に添えてある手作りのベリーパンナコッタは、程よい酸味と甘さがあって、一緒に食べると甘さがちょうどよく落ち着きます。
窓際の席でゆっくり、時間を気にせず楽しんでほしい一品です。
