《萬象餐飲集團公告》

1. 本集團旗下Liberté 法式料理餐廳（以下簡稱Liberté )已於2023/12/31結束營業，特此公告；

2. 本集團與武田健志先生圓滿結束這三年的合作，也替高雄創造了第一家的米其林一星與二星餐廳，我們除了感謝武田先生的貢獻，也祝福他未來在世界的高端美食地圖上，鴻圖大展；

3. 最後，也謝謝各位過去三年對Liberté 的支持，同時也在此公佈，本集團即將在2024年四月，於Liberté原址，與東京高端餐飲傳奇餐廳合作展店，期許為高雄、台灣，再創前所未見的美食體驗。

願 美味在這大地開枝散葉。

Liberté 將與甜點主廚 平塚牧人( Makito Hiratsuka) 舉辦兩日聯手餐會，由兩位日籍主廚攜手創作全新「甜點菜單」，為各位帶來精采的甜點盛宴。

Dear guest

Due to the Covid-19 ( June and July) , we hope that every guests who come to Liberte can dine in a safe and comfortable environment, so we have adjusted the number of seats.
For the distance between each costumer The open area will be changed from 6 people to maximum of 4 people.

Private dining room booking from 6-8 people will not charge the minimum fee
We hope we can see everyone during this difficult time.

If the PCR test is positive , and told us before 15:00 , we won’t charge cancel fee .

因應疫情6、7月，希望給前來用餐的貴賓能夠在一個安心且舒適的環境用餐，所以我們調整了一下座位數。
吧台區為了每位客人之間的距離，我們從原本6位，將改為最多4位。
包廂6位～8位免低消。

如因PCR為陽性，需要取消訂位，請於15:00前通知餐廳，並不會產生取消費用。

Liberté本月推出「 無酒精調飲 Mocktail 」

運用蔬菜、水果、茶等素材搭配，微酸的果味堆疊花草的清香，最後結合茶類的餘韻，零酒精也能清楚感受飲品層次，更能為用餐增添儀式感，提供給不喝酒或是不方便喝酒的貴賓。

Liberte預計於8/4恢復內用服務

8/4起也將配合市府公告之防疫規範
提供每位前來用餐的貴賓
都能在符合防疫規範下安心愉快的用餐

包含
🔺進入餐廳前需完成QR-Code實名制登記
🔺體溫測量（Liberte 有權拒絕體溫測量超過37.5度者入內用餐）
🔺全身消毒
🔺隔板設置 不同桌之間保有1.5m的社交距離
🔺定期環境清潔 消毒
🔺營業時段至少每30mins進行化妝室清潔與消毒
🔺全體員工的健康與衛生管理
🔺服務人員全程配戴口罩
🔺廚務人員配戴口罩

營業時段與日期等將維持調整之彈性

With bar table seats, Liberté is actively communicating with the government on detailed business regulations in order to make perfect preparations for next week.

At the same time, Liberté is opening indoor seating and service beginning on the first week of August (from 8/4).

We will implement the following measures that follows the government's regulations:
1. The service staff wear masks and face masks; The kitchen staff wear masks and hats.
2. Different groups of customers dining indoor should keep a distance of more than 1.5 meters.
3. Each seat will be separated by a ㄇ-shaped partition
4. Regular and comprehensive cleaning and disinfection, including 30-minute toilet cleaning and disinfection.

Dining guests must also comply with the following epidemic prevention regulations:
1. Everyone must scan the real-name QR-Code registration before entering the restaurant.
2. Be sure to cooperate with temperature measurement and hand disinfection.
Customers who do not cooperate or have body temperatures higher than the normal temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius will not be permitted to enter the restaurant.

If the government regulations changes in the future, we will make separate announcements and notify our guests who have made reservations individually.

During the epidemic prevention period, Liberté would like to thank all of our guests for your understanding and support. We look forward to seeing you as scheduled.
