「洞藏薪意,歸鄉之味」

Cava Fuoco 是一間隱匿於高雄街角、以「火焰與香料」的異國餐廳。由旅居中東七年、專研義式料理的主廚 Ito 所創,品牌名稱結合了拉丁語「洞穴」Cava 與義大利語「火焰」Fuoco,象徵岩洞中的熱情與原始。
Ito主廚,過去被業界封為「香料魔法師」,因他總能把看似衝突的香料組合出和諧又驚喜的風味。他已故父親的一句話:「回家吧。」這句話成了他心中的火種,也讓他決定把多年在中東與地中海累積的味覺記憶,帶回高雄。

這裡不只是用餐場域,更是一場感官儀式;點燃味覺,也溫暖歸心。
