Led by a new head chef Jason Lu , promoted from within the team.
Shaped by diverse culinary influences , his approach reflects an ongoing exploration of flavor and structure , with a deep focus on the experience at the table.
In this southern city , time and terroir bring a different rhythm to the cuisine — quieter, and closer to its essence.
We do not replicate forms , nor do we rush to define outcomes . Instead, we move forward through understanding , allowing cuisine to evolve through continuation.
