本店起源於1987年,超過26年來,追求堅持品質的態度至今,
並採用約70~80天的鴨隻,肉質鮮甜不老澀,在經過浸泡數小時的,
獨家秘方中藥材後,風乾鴨隻,並且肉質堅持((不吹氣,不加色素)),
更吃的健康~安心.
本店採用掛爐式烤鴨,及選用原子木炭,保持原有風味,
讓烤鴨的原汁原味不外流.
本店的主菜:
北平烤鴨- 皮脆肉嫩,搭配QQ的荷葉餅,及特選的青蔥,自製的甜麵醬,
風味更顯獨特唷!而去除肉片的鴨骨,在加上自製的調味醬和青蔥,高麗菜的搭配後,在大火快炒,口味香醇甘甜唷!
