我每天，都會留一點時間給這個儀式。
打開那罐咖啡豆，
接著倒出豆子、磨豆以及熱水慢慢滾動的聲音，直到熱水注入咖啡粉那一刻，
空氣裡開始有香味，也有一種安靜的感覺。
有時候在家，陽光透過窗戶撒在桌面上；
有時候是在溪邊、海邊，風和水的聲音剛剛好。
不管在哪裡，只要這個過程開始，整個人就慢下來了。
我喜歡這種可以帶著走的日常，
不需要等假日、也不一定要去哪裡，
只要這罐還在、豆子還有，
就知道，今天也可以好好開始。
這是一罐咖啡，也是我自己的節奏。
