取名為YATS是因為倒著看是STAY，我們想營造出讓客人「在生活中享受美食，在美食中品味生活，可以很舒適的STAY在YATS用餐」，讓客人可以感受到我們對食材的用心及創意。
中文名葉子是取其YATS的諧音，葉子代表天然的食材與舒適的用餐環境。
