我們是，也不盡然是。

bigreeny 料理．家的成員，從新竹出發，
走到台灣的各個地方認識農家和生產者，
這些當地農家或商家，都是對環境盡一份心力的生產者，
像是灑農藥化肥這種破壞環境、危害永續的事，他們不做；
或是機器加工無法勝過手工溫度，他們仍舊堅持雙手操作；
即使是冬天的凌晨四點鐘，他們也會毫不猶豫的起床工作，
然後紮實地將他們生產的食材交到我們手裡，
呈現在你眼前的杯盤茶具中。
