Not long ago, Eric and Nora were two 18-years-olds who met at an ice cream shop, and this is how our story began. Eric was an ice cream lover and his soul always felt free when he ate ice cream. One day at an ice cream shop, Eric made a loud sneeze when he was enj
oying his fifth cup of ice cream. Unfortunately, Nora was passing by and Eric spilled all his ice cream on Nora’s shirt. Nora had a dream of setting up her own business, and Eric loved ice cream so much, so it was only obvious that they would create their own ice cream shop together. They wanted a love that was warmer than the summer sunshine. Because of their love, the ice cream they have made is as sweet as their heart. Therefore, they found that an ice cream store was going to make their dream come true. Then in 2010, Eric & Nora Ice Cream was born. “Eric & Nora Ice Cream” is about great tasting ice cream made from high-quality and locally sourced ingredients from all around Taiwan. Every morning, we produce own freshly made ice cream on our premises. By using the freshest ingredients available, each batch of ice cream is skillfully prepared using time honored methods. Our shop pays attention to nutrition. We’ve created a line of ice creams with collagen, which are purported to have all kinds of beautifying health benefits. No artificial colors, flavorings or preservatives are used in our ice cream. Also, we try to develop ice cream that is low in calories. Our 6 main ice cream flavors are Collagen Milk, Banana Hazelnut, Black Forest, Blueberry Cream Cheese, Grape Nut, and Mint Chocolate Chip. We also believe in being green by using recyclable products and we pride ourselves on being the cleanest ice cream shop worldwide. We have been active in supporting institutions that help the elderly, school fundraising events, and other projects that benefits the underprivileged.
