「An oasis in the desert. Most Taiwanese foods are extremely UNHEALTHY, tons of bleached white bread, white rice and white noodles laced with chemical addictive and sodium. Millions of "fried' foods of all kinds which not only clot your arteries and guaranteed heart attack and die young and painful death. 99% of "drinks" are laced with excessive sugar which give you diabetes and inflammation but the people are too brainwashed to know the difference. This restaurant bucks that trend. It's Healthy, Delicious, and Reasonably Priced. The dressing is tasty and flavored (very important if you're selling salads). This place has become my "go to" place to eat daily. Taiwan really needs more restaurants like this.」
「沙漠中的綠洲。大多數台灣食物極度不健康，大量漂白的白麵包、白米飯和白麵條，充斥著化學添加劑和鈉。數以百萬計的各種各樣的「油炸」食品，不僅會堵塞動脈，導致心臟病發作，還會讓人英年早逝，痛苦不堪。 99%的「飲料」都含有過量的糖，會導致糖尿病和炎症，但人們被洗腦得太深，根本分不清其中的差異。這家餐廳打破了這種趨勢。它健康、美味，而且價格合理。醬料味道鮮美（如果你賣的是沙拉，這一點非常重要）。這裡已經成為我每天必去的餐廳。台灣真的需要更多這樣的餐廳。」
