小酒館誕生於2017年，位於台灣恆春半島香蕉灣海岸。身為第五代海島居民，自幼成長於海邊，懷抱對海洋與土地的深厚情感，並以世界各地蒐集的沙灘砂粒作為創作素材。長年旅居法國，現定居德國，伴侶來自義大利西西里島。
「Bistro」象徵分享故事與美食的生活藝術。我們融合在地文化與歐洲料理精神，持續探索新的味道。每一道料理，都是從墾丁啟航、航向世界的海洋故事。 Greetings All

Beach Bistro is a Greek-style seaside restaurant which offers a mixture of Asian and European recipes. The owner was born in Kenting and travels to France every year :
