為兩個創辦人名字Rex & tzuyang555，取頭尾而成。

***R5小餐館的特色***
結合人文、藝術的粗獷極簡風格藝廊式餐廳，販售美式漢堡、創意漢堡、義大利麵、早午餐，以及精品咖啡。建立舒適同時具備現代性的空間，給予顧客愉快、放鬆的氣氛，使得用餐變得是一件相當享受的事情。此外我們接受在能力範圍之內的客製化，以提供最適合客戶的餐點內容，而不僅僅只是菜單上的項目。

開放，它公開予公眾自由參與。
平等，不論社會地位出身，公侯將相，販夫走卒，在這裡皆可平等地交流。
