植嶼 Native Gardener & Co.
成立於2021年，位於台灣屏東，植嶼是一家獨立小眾的咖啡店烘焙所，深深扎根於南國客庄的土地。
團隊由一位在地客家血緣兼具攝影身份的烘豆師、一位著重甜點與咖啡之間味覺平衡的吧台手、一位海外的插畫設計與電影美術工作者組成。雖然三人領域極為不同，但都有著極度龜毛、在乎細節、注重美感特性的咖啡狂熱者，他們在植嶼N & Co.裡各司其職，冀盼做出位於台灣南國、專業中淺焙咖啡的獨立品牌。
懷抱著對工藝的靜默執著，我們專注探索淺焙到中焙之間的細緻風味、著重於中淺焙咖啡酸甜平衡、多重層次、像香水般調性豐富的風味表現—每一個獨特風味，都是我們與土地之間的對話與旅程。
一切起始於熱情、時間、以及在無數里程中尋覓理想咖啡風味的故事。
選用100% 阿拉比卡配方豆，每一小批次都由國際認證的專業烘豆師手工烘焙，，希望藉由我們彙整的知識與咖啡配方，讓更多咖啡愛好者因中淺焙咖啡而驚艷、讓你的生活得以再次啟程。
Native Gardener & Co. Established in 2021 in Pingtung, Taiwan, Native Gardener & Co. is a small, independent coffee roastery rooted in the southern Hakkanese land. With a quiet devotion to the craft, we explore the subtle spectrum of light to medium roasts, each profile reflecting our journey and soil. It’s a story brewed from passion, long hours, and countless miles wandered in pursuit of a better cup. Every small batch of our hand-roasted, 100% Arabica house blend is made for those quiet in-between moments—when all you need is a sip, and a gentle reason to begin again.
