à table對料理的想法是，以傳統的烹調方式，用手工和時間讓食材展現出原本的滋味。

à table的甜點和鬆餅則是選用法國進口Isigny Ste Mère依思尼奶油、日本進口的麵粉，不使用膨鬆劑與安定劑，請您安心享用!!
