Join us at Bottles & Bites for California Gems — an intimate five-course wine-paired dinner celebrating the elegance, character and diversity of California wines.

Each course has been carefully composed to complement a featured pour, beginning with delicate grilled salmon and progressing through chicken roulade, lamb croquette and Cabernet-braised beef short rib, before finishing on a decadent chocolate note.
