Introducing Milk Mastery — Module 2 at Nexgen Brewing: an intensive, hands-on session designed to take your milk steaming, texture and latte-art skills to the next level.

You’ll work hands-on with:

🥛 Milk Steaming & Microfoam
Learn aeration, emulsification, temperature control and how to create that smooth, glossy café-quality texture.

🌱 Plant-Based Milk
Learn how to work with oat and almond milk, and adjust your technique for better texture and stability.

🎨 Latte Art
Understand pitcher control, milk flow and pouring technique as you work towards a clean heart + a second latte-art variation.

And this is not a class where you simply watch.

You steam. You pour. You make mistakes. You correct them. You do it again. ☕️

With only 3 participants per class, you’ll receive direct, individual coaching throughout your session.
