We recently upgraded to a larger coffee roaster, but the goal hasn’t changed: roast every batch as consistently and carefully as possible. Every roast is tracked in real time, watching temperatures, timing, and how the beans develop so we can bring out the best flavours in each coffee. 📈🌱
